When will I get my money back?

Have you returned or cancelled your order? Then of course you’ll get your money back. Below, you can read how this works and when you can expect the amount to appear in your account.

How the refund works

  1. We receive your return: as soon as your parcel arrives with us, we check your device and the accessories you sent with it.
  2. We process your return: is everything in order? Then we start the refund process. You’ll receive confirmation by email.
  3. You receive your money: we refund you via the payment method you used to pay.

You’ll receive your money no later than 5 working days after we have received and processed your return. How quickly the amount actually appears in your account also depends on your bank or payment provider.

By payment method

  • iDEAL, Bancontact, Belfius and KBC/CBC: we refund the amount to the account you paid from. It usually appears within a few working days.
  • Credit card: the amount is refunded to your credit card. Depending on your credit card company, this may take a little longer and you may only see it on your next statement.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: the amount is refunded to the debit or credit card linked to your wallet.
  • Klarna: we notify Klarna of your return. Klarna adjusts your invoice or refunds the amount if you have already paid. Haven’t you paid yet? Then wait for the amended invoice from Klarna.
  • in3: we notify in3 of your return. Your outstanding instalments will be adjusted or refunded.

I returned my entire order

Then you’ll receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any delivery costs you paid. However, you must return everything complete and undamaged, including the accessories supplied.

I only returned part of my order

For example, are you only returning an accessory? Then we’ll only refund that amount.

Haven’t received your money yet?

Have more than 5 working days passed since we processed your return and you still can’t see anything in your account? Then contact our service desk. Have your order number and payment method to hand and we’ll look into it for you.
