Every refurbished device you buy from Forza comes with a 3-year guarantee. This means you can be sure you’ll enjoy your device for a long time. If something goes wrong during this period, we’ll sort it out for you.
3-year guarantee on your device
The guarantee starts on the day you receive your order and is valid for three years. You don’t need a separate guarantee certificate: your invoice is your proof of purchase. So make sure you keep it safe.
The guarantee covers defects in your device that were not caused by you. For example:
- a screen or touchscreen that no longer works properly;
- a camera that doesn’t focus;
- problems with the speaker, microphone or connections such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth;
- Face ID or Touch ID that no longer responds;
- a charging port that stops working.
2-year guarantee on the battery
The battery comes with a 2-year guarantee. Does its capacity drop below 70% during this period? Then we’ll replace the battery free of charge.
Every battery gradually wears down through use. This is normal and applies to every device, whether new or refurbished. That’s why the battery has a different guarantee period from the rest of your device. You can read more about this in the article What about the battery of a refurbished device?
Does my guarantee also apply abroad?
Yes, depending on how the purchase was made. Do you live in Belgium or another European country where we deliver, and did you order directly from Forza Refurbished? Then the same guarantee applies.
How do I use my guarantee?
Register your device via the online repair form using your device’s IMEI/serial number. You’ll then receive a shipping label that allows you to send your device to us free of charge.

What isn’t covered by the guarantee?
Damage that you caused yourself isn’t covered by the guarantee, such as damage caused by drops, impacts or moisture. You can read which situations this applies to in the article What isn’t covered by the guarantee?
Has the device been repaired by us?
Then your guarantee simply continues. A repair doesn’t shorten your guarantee period.
Can’t we repair your device and do we replace it with another one? Then the guarantee of your first device applies. It therefore doesn’t start again.
Please note: if you have your device repaired by another party, for example at a local repair shop, your guarantee with us will immediately become void. This also applies if you open the device yourself. Is something wrong with your device? Always report it to us first via the online repair form.
Why 3 years?
Because we stand behind our quality. Every device goes through our 50-point inspection and is repaired in our own workshop where necessary. Only then is it added to our online shop.
