Every device goes through our 50-point test, is repaired in our own workshop where necessary and its appearance is assessed. We back this up with a 3-year warranty, including for business customers.
Has something gone wrong after all? We’ll repair your device within a maximum of 3 working days, so your employee can get back to work quickly.

A refurbished device gets a second life. This saves raw materials and CO2 compared with a newly produced device. Are you working towards your sustainability goals or reporting on them? Then refurbished equipment is a concrete step you can demonstrate.
You can reclaim the VAT
