Yes. Are you replacing your team's equipment? Then we’ll be happy to take your old devices off your hands. You’ll get money for them and the equipment will get a second life.
How does it work?
That depends on the size:
- A few devices? Use the trade-in module in the Partner Portal. There, you can register your devices and see what we’re offering for them.
- A large batch? Contact your account manager. For larger quantities, we always make tailored arrangements.
Which devices do we take?
iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, Samsung smartphones, Samsung tablets and Samsung Watches.
What happens to the data?
This is often the most important question when purchasing business equipment. We completely erase all data on the devices before an item is processed further. So none of your organisation’s data remains.
Important: make sure the devices are disconnected from your accounts and any management profile (MDM). We cannot take a device that is still managed or linked to an account.
Also always back up the data you want to keep yourself. We cannot recover it.
How is the price determined?
It depends on the model, storage capacity, condition of the devices and quantities. For a batch, we assess the equipment after receipt and provide you with a substantiated offer.
How will we be paid?
By bank transfer. For larger quantities, your account manager will make clear arrangements with you in advance.
Can I combine selling and buying?
Yes. Many companies do this at the same time: the old devices come to us while the new equipment is delivered. Your account manager will be happy to coordinate the schedule with you, so your employees are not left without a device.
