You buy a refurbished device based on trust. You want to be sure that your device has been properly checked and that you can turn to a reliable company if something goes wrong. That is why we do not just say this ourselves, but also have it independently assessed. Forza has the Keurmerk Refurbished quality mark, carries the Thuiswinkel Waarborg and Becom Trustmark, and is a member of EUREFAS.
Keurmerk Refurbished
Keurmerk Refurbished is the Dutch quality mark for refurbished devices. In 2019, Forza was one of the first providers to receive the quality mark.
What does this mean for you?
- Checked quality: devices are tested on at least 50 points, both technically and cosmetically.
- Independent checks: an independent organisation regularly checks whether we comply with the quality mark’s requirements.
- A financially healthy provider: the quality mark also checks whether a provider is financially sound. This means you know that we will still be here tomorrow, for example if you need to make a claim under your warranty.

Thuiswinkel Waarborg
Since 24 May 2016, we have been affiliated with Thuiswinkel.org and have carried the Thuiswinkel Waarborg. This quality mark shows that you can shop online with us safely and reliably.
What does this mean for you?
- Clear information: about our products, prices, delivery and your rights as a customer.
- Secure payment and ordering: your details are in safe hands with us.
- A safety net: if, despite our best efforts, we cannot resolve an issue together, you can turn to an independent disputes committee.
Becom Trustmark
We also have ourselves assessed for our Belgian customers. Forza carries the Becom Trustmark, the Belgian quality mark for reliable online shops. The Dutch Thuiswinkel Waarborg therefore has its own equivalent in Belgium, and we have that too.
What does this mean for you?
- Annual checks: an independent law firm checks every year whether our online shop complies with the Belgian rules for online sales.
- Clear terms and conditions: you know in advance where you stand, in Dutch and in French.
- Trusted online shopping: if you order via forza-refurbished.be, you know that you are buying from an online shop that meets Belgian requirements.
EUREFAS
Since 2024, Forza has been a member of EUREFAS, the European Refurbishment Association. This European trade association brings refurbishers from different countries together.
Together, we are committed to a fair and sustainable market for refurbished products. To achieve this, EUREFAS engages in dialogue with European institutions and governments. The association also wants you, as a consumer, to have a good experience with refurbished products: with high-quality devices and a good warranty. That is exactly what we stand for too.
