Curious about how others experienced their purchase from Forza? You can read about it in 3 places: Feedback Company, Trustpilot and Google. This gives you an honest picture of our devices, delivery and service.
Feedback Company
At Feedback Company, we have been collecting reviews from customers who ordered from us for many years. Customers review, among other things, the quality of their device, delivery and their contact with our service desk.
Trustpilot
On Trustpilot, customers from the Netherlands, Belgium and elsewhere share their experiences with Forza. You can read reviews in Dutch, as well as in other languages.
Customers can also leave a review via Google. Search for Forza Refurbished and you will find them directly in the search results.

Would you rather not visit all the platforms yourself? On our review page, you can see customers’ experiences clearly brought together. For the latest scores, it is best to check the platforms themselves.
What do we do with reviews?
We read them all. A compliment naturally makes us feel good, but critical reviews in particular help us improve. Has something not gone well? We will respond to your review ourselves and try to resolve it together with you.
We are also honest about where we can still improve. For example, customers tell us that during a repair they would like to be kept better informed about the status of their device. We are working on this: a repair takes as long as it takes, but you should know where your device is.
