No, Forza does not have a physical shop. You can place your order with us via our online shop.
Can I collect my order?
No, collection is not possible. We deliver your order to your home or to the address you provide. If you order before 22:30 on a working day, we will hand your parcel to the carrier on the same day. In most cases, your order will be delivered on the next working day.
I would like to see a device first. Is that possible?
As we do not have a shop, you cannot view a device in person in advance. However, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving it. Not satisfied with your device after all? You can register your return via the online returns form and send it back free of charge using our shipping label.
What do I use your address for?
You can only use our address for returns and repairs. Always register your return or repair online first. You will then receive a shipping label to send your device to us. Never send a return on your own initiative.
