When are we available?

Our service desk is available on working days, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. We are closed at weekends and on public holidays. If you send us a message then, we’ll respond on the next working day.

Tip: have your details to hand

Do you have your order number or the IMEI number of your device ready? Then we can help you straight away. You’ll find your order number in your order confirmation. You’ll find your IMEI number via Settings > General > About or on the outside of the packaging.
