Do you have an Apple or Samsung device lying around that you no longer use? Sell it to us. You get paid for it, and your device gets a second life with someone else. You can arrange it in just a few steps, and you don't need an account.
Which devices do we buy?

Step 1: determine the value of your device
Go to our sales page and select your device: brand, model and storage capacity. Then answer a few questions about its condition. For example: does the screen still work properly, is it damaged, and does the device switch on normally?
Based on your answers, you will see immediately how much we offer for it.
Tip: be honest about the condition of your device. That way, we can confirm your offer immediately once it arrives with us.
Step 2: register your sale
Do you accept the offer? Then register your sale. You will need to enter your name, address and contact details. We need these to create your shipping label and to know where to send your device if necessary. You also provide your bank account number so that we can pay you.
Step 3: erase your device
Before sending it, erase your device:
- Back up your data.
- Turn off Find My and sign out of iCloud (or your Google and Samsung account).
- Reset your device to its factory settings.
- Remove your SIM card and any memory card.

Step 4: send us your device
We will send you a shipping label. Pack your device securely, stick the label on the box and take your parcel to a drop-off point for the carrier. Sending it costs you nothing.
Tip: keep your proof of postage until your sale has been completed.
Step 5: we inspect your device
As soon as your device arrives with us, our specialists check whether its condition matches what you stated. Does everything match? Then we approve your sale.
Does the condition differ from what you stated? Then we will make you a new offer. If you accept it, we will pay you that amount. Do you reject it? Then we will return your device to you free of charge.
Step 6: receive your money
We will pay you within 2 working days after receiving and approving your device. Have we made a new offer? Then we count from the moment you accept it.
We pay you by bank transfer to the bank account number you provided.
