These devices we do not buy
We do not buy other brands. So you cannot sell us a Google Pixel, a OnePlus, a Xiaomi or a laptop from another brand. We also do not buy accessories such as earbuds, cases and chargers.
My model isn’t listed
Is your model too old or is it not on our list? Unfortunately, we cannot buy it from you. Do not dispose of your device with general waste: take it to a collection point for electronic devices, such as a recycling centre or a shop with a collection bin.
My device is broken. Can I still sell it?
That depends. When valuing your device, we ask about its condition. Does it still work but have, for example, scratches or a small crack? Then you can often still sell it, but at a lower price.
Does your device no longer turn on at all, or has it suffered liquid damage? Then we usually cannot buy it. You will see this automatically during the valuation.
Please note: your account must be removed
Whatever device you sell, it must no longer be linked to your account. We cannot buy a device with an active iCloud, Google or Samsung account. You can read more about this in the article How do I prepare my device for sale?
