Your new refurbished device has arrived. Time to open the box! But what can you expect? At Forza, you get not only your device, but also everything you need to get started straight away.
What’s included as standard
- Your refurbished device: checked, repaired where necessary and ready to use.
- A charger and cable: you get charging accessories free of charge with every device, so you can start charging straight away.
- A SIM card pin: ordering an iPhone, iPad or Samsung? You’ll also get a SIM card pin, so you can insert your SIM card straight away.
Everything is safely packaged in our black Forza box.
Safe charging accessories
The charging accessories you receive with a refurbished iPhone or iPad have a CE mark. This mark shows that the charger and cable meet European requirements for safety, health and the environment.
Why is this important?
- Safe charging: the accessories meet European safety requirements, so you can charge without worry.
- Good for your battery: a reliable charger supplies the correct current and charges your device as it should.
- Good quality: the cables and connectors are sturdily finished and last a long time.
Do I need an extra charger or cable?
You don’t have to, as they are included as standard. Would you still like an extra cable for travelling, a fast charger or a charger for work? You’ll find a range of charging accessories in our webshop. Ordering extra accessories with your device? We’ll simply include them in the same shipment.
Are earbuds included?
No, earbuds or headphones are not included in the box. You can purchase them separately.
Is something missing or damaged?
Check upon receipt that everything is complete and undamaged. Is something missing, or did your order arrive damaged? Please contact our service desk as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to resolve it for you.
Keep the box
Keep the box and accessories safe. Are you returning your device within the cooling-off period? You’ll only receive a full refund if you return everything complete and undamaged, including the accessories. The original box also protects your device well during shipping.
Are you sending your device in for repair? You don’t need to send the accessories with it.
