No, you can also place an order with Forza without an account. You simply enter your details at checkout. However, an account has a few useful benefits. We’ve listed them for you.
Ordering without an account
Would you like to order a device quickly without creating an account? You can. Enter your name, address and email address at checkout, choose your payment method and complete your order.
You’ll then receive everything you need by email:
- your order confirmation with your order number;
- the tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way;
- your invoice as soon as we have dispatched your order.
Keep these emails safe. If you have a question later, or want to register a return or repair, you’ll need your order number.
The benefits of an account
With an account, you have everything in one place:
- All your orders in one overview: under My Account, you can see your orders, even if you can no longer find the emails.
- Tracking details to hand: track your parcel directly from your account.
- Faster checkout: your details are already filled in, so you can order more quickly next time.
Please note: only orders placed while you are logged in will appear in your account.
How do I create an account?
Click My Account at the top of our website and choose to create a new account. Enter your details and choose a password. You can also create an account during checkout.
