Have you found the perfect device, but is it just sold out? What a shame! Fortunately, this is often only temporary at Forza. Below, you can read how our stock works and how you can be the first to hear when your device is available again.
Why does stock change so often?
Refurbished devices are not made in a factory, but are given a second life. Our stock therefore depends on two things:
- What we purchase: we are constantly purchasing devices, but which models, colours and storage capacities come in varies each time.
- When devices are ready: each device first goes through our 50-point test and is repaired where necessary. Only then is it added to our webshop.
This means a device can be sold out today and be back in stock tomorrow. You can always see the current stock on the product page.
Keep me informed
Is your device sold out? Then click Keep me informed on the product page and leave your email address. As soon as the device is back in stock, we will send you an email. This means you do not have to check every day yourself.
Tip: act quickly when you receive the email. Popular devices often sell out again quickly. The email is not a reservation: the device goes to whoever orders first.
Can I reserve a device?
No, reservations are not possible. A device is only yours once your order has been completed and paid for.
What can you do in the meantime?
Don't want to wait? There may be an alternative that suits you just as well:
- Choose a different condition: is a device in the ‘as good as new’ condition sold out? Then check whether it is in stock in the ‘lightly used’ or ‘visibly used’ condition. Technically, all conditions are completely in order.
- Choose a different colour or storage capacity: often, the same model is available in a different version.
- Look at a similar model: a slightly older or newer model often has similar features. Use our choice guide to discover which device suits you.
