Have you received a Forza discount code? Great! You can easily use it when placing your order. Below, you can read how it works and what you can do if your code doesn’t work.
Where do I enter my discount code?
- Add the device or accessory you want to order to your basket.
- Open your basket or proceed to checkout.
- Find the Discount code field.
- Enter your code and click Apply.
- Check that the discount has been deducted from the total amount. You’ll see this immediately in your order summary.
Then complete your order as usual.
Where can I get a discount code?
You may receive discount codes, for example, through our newsletter. If you sign up, you’ll immediately receive € 10 off your order. We also sometimes share a code as part of promotions and campaigns. So keep a close eye on our newsletter and social media.
My discount code doesn’t work. Why is that?
Are you seeing a message that your code is invalid? There could be several reasons for this:
- Typing error: check that you entered the code exactly correctly. Pay attention to spaces, capital letters and lower-case letters. Copy and paste the code to avoid mistakes.
- Expired: many codes are only valid for a limited time. Check the expiry date.
- Already used: sometimes a code can only be used once.
- Conditions not met: some codes are only valid above a minimum order value or only for certain products.

Have you already placed your order without your discount code? Then contact our service desk as soon as possible and have your order number and discount code to hand. We’ll then see what we can do for you.
