What data do we have about you?
That depends on what you do with us:
- For an order: your name, address, email address, telephone number and payment details.
- For an account: your login details and the addresses you have saved.
- For a repair or warranty claim: your order number or IMEI number and a description of your complaint.
- When selling to us: your name, address, contact details and account number for the payment.
- For the newsletter: your email address.
What do we use it for?
- To process and deliver your order.
- To create your invoice and process your payment.
- To help you with questions, a repair, a return or a sale.
- To keep you informed about your order, repair or sale.
- To send you the newsletter, if you have signed up for it.
Do you share my data?
Only with parties that are needed to process your order, such as the carrier delivering your parcel and the payment partner processing your payment. We do not sell your data.
What happens to the data on my device?
Are you sending us a device for a repair or sale? If so, we completely erase any data that may still be on it before the device is processed further. Nothing belonging to you will remain.
Always make a backup yourself before sending your device to us. We cannot recover or transfer data.
What are your rights?
You can always ask us:
- which data we have about you
- to correct your data
- to delete your data
You can update your data yourself in your account. For another request, contact our service desk. Please note that we are legally required to retain some data, such as your order and invoice details. You can read more about this in the article How do I delete my account?
