We charge shipping costs for every order. The amount depends on the country your order is being delivered to.

You can always see the shipping costs in your basket and at checkout, before you pay. This way, you know exactly what your total amount will be in advance.
Do I get free shipping above a certain order value?
No, we do not offer free shipping. Not even for a large order. In return, we offer a competitive price and fast shipping: if you order before 22:30, your parcel will be handed over to the carrier the same day.
Do I pay per product or per order?
Per order. Are you ordering several devices or accessories at the same time? Then you only pay shipping costs once. We deliver everything in the same shipment.
Will I get my shipping costs back if I make a return?
Are you returning your entire order within the cooling-off period? Then you will receive a refund of the purchase price and the shipping costs you paid. Returning the items is free: we will send you a shipping label. You can read more about this in the Warranty & Returns category.
How much does a repair or warranty shipment cost?
Does your device need to be sent to our workshop for a repair or under warranty? Then we will send you a shipping label and you will not pay any shipping costs. Register your repair via the online repair form.
