Are you ordering from the Netherlands or Belgium? PostNL will deliver your parcel.
- Delivery costs: € 3.95
- Order deadline: 22:30, including Sundays
- Delivery time: 1 day after dispatch
You can order in Belgium via forza-refurbished.be, in Dutch or French.
Other European countries
Are you ordering from another European country? UPS will deliver your parcel.
- Delivery costs: € 9.00
- Order deadline: 17:00 on working days
- Delivery time: usually 1 working day after dispatch, up to 2 working days if you live in a less accessible area
UPS only delivers on working days. Are you ordering after 17:00, at the weekend or on a public holiday? Your parcel will then be dispatched on the next working day.
How do I know whether you deliver to my country?
You can select your country during checkout. Is your country in the list? Then we deliver there. Can't see your country listed? Please feel free to contact our customer service desk, and we'll see what we can do.
Do my warranty and cooling-off period also apply abroad?
Yes, depending on how you make your purchase. When you buy through our own website, every refurbished device comes with a 3-year warranty and you always have a 14-day cooling-off period, wherever you live. Would you like to return or send your device in for repair? We will send you a shipping label. You can read more about this in the Warranty & Returns category.
Will I pay additional costs or import duties?
No. We deliver within the EU, so you do not pay import duties or additional customs charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
