My tracking details aren’t working yet
It may take a little while for the carrier to scan your parcel. Your tracking details are usually active within a few hours. Still no movement after a day? Please contact our service desk.
Can I change the delivery?
With PostNL, you can often make changes yourself via the tracking details, such as the delivery day or delivery address. You can also have your parcel sent to a PostNL point. The options available to you depend on the status of your parcel.
